01Express assessment
Analysis of kitchen, dining room and media communication within two or three sessions. A written report of the improvements and flaws seen in the establishment is made after brief sessions. Steps to follow

02Complete assessmen
Between 5 to 7 sessions. Duration approximately 3 months. Analysis of the kitchen, the dining room and the media communication applied by the establishment in a more detailed manner.
- The work carried out in the kitchen and dining room are studied. The organisation chart and the functions to be developed by each member of the team are studied.
- The media communication plan of the establishment, as well as its competence, is analysed in detail.
- A comprehensive media communication plan (yearly) is proposed after a detailed analysis of the sector. (Social networks, media plan, media relations, etc.)
- Any problems within the organisation in both the kitchen and dining room will be detailed
- The dishes, service, plating, product, etc. are analysed according to the overall concept of the business
- Proposal of dishes and service. Menu design and gastronomic offer.
- Solutions are proposed for resolving potential kitchen and dining room issues
03Complete assessment and follow-up
Site visits twice a month. Analysis of the kitchen, the dining room and the media communication applied by the establishment in a more detailed manner during several sessions.
- The work carried out in the kitchen and dining room are studied. The organisation chart and the functions to be developed by each member of the team are studied
- The media communication plan of the establishment, as well as its competence, is analysed in detail.
